SEEDO developed training venue in its unit offices. Project Staffs and beneficiaries are trained up batch-by-batch according the Training Calendar. The Training courses are provided to the beneficiaries such as, Skill Development, Leadership development, Savings & Credit Management, Utilization of credit money and interventions on various Income Generation Activities have been providing among the target group members.

Human Rights Preservation: SEEDO believes that human rights deal with human necessity for “expression”, “creativity” and conviviality for deciding own density. It looks critically into the socio-economic, political and cultural system, which directly or indirectly influence the life of the suffering humility. SEEDO’s Human Rights Preservation concept strongly considers that poverty and disadvantages stem from the unequal socio-economic and political power. It is rather an unequal participation in making decisions where determines the direction of the society. To attain the above objectives the following activities were undertaken by SEEDO:
