Every human has some hidden qualities and knowledge but due to some circumstances he/she could not reveal these knowledge and qualities. Meeting is a place of sharing ones ideas to other. Through exchanging the ideas of others project participants are enriched with knowledge of proper implementation of any project activity. In the same way group leaders of different groups are also aware of their group status and took future decision for their democracy development & future sustainability. Through meeting those hidden knowledge can be revealed. A group member can do one work but could not do organize ways. So, she/he should teach to do that work in organized ways and promptly.
